Knitting with Fibro by MSey
LOL! This is kind of in response to someone else who mentioned having fribromyalgia and how you have to knit for short periods rather than long stretches of time. I too have fibro. I also have some problems with my memory, or at least I must have because I put my knitting down a few minutes ago...

knitting block by Spike Driver
I can not get into my knitting or crochet, I don't even want to pick it up or look at it. It is summer time and fishing time, maybe a little gardening. Any one else? Hugs & God bless, Dennis & Gail

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!! by Olwyn Mary
Got a little cold earlier this week. Congested, tight breathing. Got out the nebulizer and the Albuterol on Tuesday - haven't needed either of them in months. Nebulizer quit working on Thur. Drugstore doesn't carry them. Call pulmonologist office - assistant useless. Got on line, ordered one...

Sigh by MSey
Well, I started my all-in-one--three times actually--only to discover that the yarn (exactly what the pattern called for) has not "give" in it. So, I'm going to have to try a different yarn with more "give". So annoying. ;-( Murielle

Surprise Sweater! by joan8904
and I couldn't be happier! Now I wonder if it will fit? This weight yarn and needle combination produced a toddler sized sweater. Do you think that worsted yarn on 8's or so would make a sweater for a 5 or 6 year old? Has anyone made the adult version? It was so much fun! I didn't know...

right arm pain? by myswendy[_2_]
Hi guys, I have been experiencing right forearm pain on the inner edge (medial) at the ulnar muscle (the muscle facing you when you turn your right arm inward). I am wondering if this is due to my increase in knitting recently or if it is instead due to using my computer mouse (I work on this darn...

knitting a flat pattern in the round by myswendy[_2_]
Hi guys! I'm about to start this project: http://www.straw.com/cpy/patterns2/cot_chen_aran-hatmitts.html. It calls for doing it flat and sewing up a seam for the hat. I much prefer to work in the round. Is there anything I need to know to modify the pattern in order to do this? Thanks...

Okay, tell me if you think this is silly... by Melinda Meahan - take out TRASH to reply
Now that you ladies have totally scared me off making a sweater for fear that I could spend months on making it and then discover it didn't fit, I discovered from *somewhere* a mailing list where they have a knit-along for a knitted dishcloth of a different pattern every month. It seems to me...

Tank top - in the round or flat? by Laura J
My next up project is White Lies' Shapely Tank: http://www.whiteliesdesigns.com/patterns/lpullovers/fbc.html. I've never knit a tank before (in fact, I haven't knit any actual adult-sized garment to completion). I prefer knitting in the round and can convert the pattern myself. My question...
