I had a look in your album on Yarners, and think your Branching Out scarf is
lovely. What yarn did you use for it?
I've used that same pattern (from Knitty.com) myself on a scarf for a friend
from some fine wool she gave me.

Can anybody help! by
Neil Middlemass
Hi,
I am looking for a company or an individual preferably in the UK who
is able to knit me a garment. I have a full pattern for the item and
would be willing to pay for all materials, time as well as postage to
the UK.
I am in desperate need but know no people who can knit and know of no
company...

Can anybody use by
Wooly
A "yarn guide"? It's one of those thimble things with pegs and a
snap-cover, presumably designed to keep pesky yarn under control when
doing one-handed colorwork. I found it to be more hassle than
otherwise, but you may be of a different opinion.
Send me a couple of stamps and it's...

Can crochet hooks FLY? by
Sew-Sew Lady
While reading the take-along projects messages, I started wondering if any
of you had successfully taken a crochet project along on a flight. Scissors
and knitting needles don't seem to make it on board often, so I was curious
if a crochet project might be a good idea for a flight.

Can I join in with my knitting needles please? by
Purplenova
Hello there,
Can I play here to please? I used to knit a lot when my 2 older children
were young now 16 and 14 and fell out of the habit about 8 or 9 years ago.
Last year I bought myself a new set of needles and knitted a few scarves
with some of the fantastic new wools around am itching to...

Can my Grandmother do the square swap? by
Dawn Alguard
She doesn't have internet access but she's a great pen pal and an avid
knitter. I'd do the email and posting part for her and she'd make and
mail her squares. Would that be OK?
