Hi, I don't post on newsgroups often but I wanted to thank everyone for their interest in my free Monmouth Cap knitting pattern. :-) If anyone is interested, I have also written a book on knitting hats with any yarn that you have in your stash, in sizes from tiny preemie to extra large men's....

When BB told me she'd like any color, I used red and garter stitch. Now, with Jacqueline, I use blue and moss stitch. That is my side of the story. Best: Pirjo
