OT - Hot Apples Recipe Request by
Melissa in NJ
I am serving pork for Christmas Eve dinner this year. I'd like to pair
it with something other than applesauce. I was thinking hot apples. If
you've ever had the hot apples at Boston Market that is what I am

are so soft from...

OT A Christmas Fable by
She in PA
Jesus was wandering around Jerusalem
when He decided that He really needed a new robe.
After looking around for a while,
He saw a sign for Finkelstein, the Tailor.
So, He went in and made the necessary arrangements
to have Finkelstein prepare a new robe for Him.
A few days later, when the robe...

Leslie & The Furbabies in MO.
Pat on her hill thought someone besides her might be interested in this
technique. I've been doing it for some years altho it was written up
in QNM a few months ago. I've explained it here before, but maybe
someone missed it? ;-)
First draw the block in the same manner as the finished block...

blank fabric free FQ by
Morag in Oxford
Thanks to whoever posted the link to Blank fabric's free FQ giveaway. I
filled in the survey, never thinking they'd bother to send something to the
UK. And this morning I got an envelope with a FQ in it - and the fabric is
lovely! Usually with that sort of survey they send the stuff nobody...

Queen of Squishies
I have Bob home now and sleeping in his recliner. Not out of the woods yet.
His labs are low and we have to get tested every day. We have to go back
tomorrow to get the bandaging and packing removed, and just pray it doesn't
start in again. But there was no more need for him to spend another...

On and off topic -- update on me and life by
Tricia
Hi Folks,
I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. I'm going to be pretty
sparse around here after this week until about the 7th or 8th of the
new year.
My grandfather is in the hospital (again!) -- this time it seems rather
"minor" considering it isn't thought to be pneumonia or similar...
