Small happy dance by Cheryl Isaak
For what ever reason, most likely because I needed my big Q-Snaps, I took Everybody's Nook off and carefully folded in to a drawer, I thought with the chart and charms. Well, about a month ago, I said, "self, it's time to finish that up and get it stretched." I get it out, fabric, floss, no chart,...

Stand problem by anne
I bought an Edmunds universal craft stand which at 50% off was cheaper than replacing the clamp in my artisan/gazelle one. Unfortunately, it doesn't rotate so when I want to get to the back, I go through some weird contortions. Anyone have ideas? -- another anne, add ingers to reply

OT - Snowstorm by Sharon
Oh Sheena you must be sitting in your rocking chair gloating about all the snow we're getting here in N.B. I think we have about 50 cm and the winds are still high - there's a snow bank that looks like a tidal wave right in front of my familyroom window. It's all very pretty, no matter what you...

cross stitch mistake - hopeless situation? by rpgs rock dvds
My mother (honestly not me, my mother) has made a mistake with her cross stitch - she's started the design in the wrong place. Basically, she'll run out of room as she progresses towards one of the edges. Can you get another piece of fabric and kind of stick it next to the existing edge to make...

PC Pro by Chelsea
Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried this software to make cross stitch patterns? If so I would love your input as to what you think of it. I'm trying to create a pattern for my own use and some one made a pattern for me but the colors are all wrong. I tried the trial version and it seems...

OT - British stiff upper lip by Bruce[_4_]
With the plethora of things British before Friday's Royal Wedding I thought I'd share these temporary rules introduced by the Richmond Golf Club in 1940. The Golf Club was (and still is) 10 miles from Central London. 1. Players are asked to collect bomb and shrapnel splinters to save these...

Hi all! I hope someone out there can help me. After digging through my stash of back magazines I found the design for Stonehearth Hutch by Thomas Kinkade,(Candamar Designs) in the Nov/Dec 1998 issue of Just Crosstitch. Now that I am into the project I have found a symbol(+) for which there is...
