I'm back! by
Cheryl Isaak
Well, that was fun NOT - the main computer in the house got got by a surge
when we had a power outage and something needed resetting. So, I could use
the laptop to read email (via mail2web) and surf, but trying to use Google
was just frustrating!
AND - as Jere said, I got stung by a wasp and some...

Well I managed to add to my stash yesterday. Went to my LNS (Because

remnants and a few other things. Big sale going on there - couldn't

Last night by
Cheryl Isaak
I couldn't sleep; went up early as DS was watching some inane guy show and
realized my lamp was dead still (I have to pull the dang thing apart again)
and was watching a show when DH came up after a long, bad day.
DS had gone up to do what it is he does before sleeping, so I went down to

Copywrite Question by
Maureen In Vancouver, B.C.
I have an illustrated King James Bible that's about 40 years old. I'd like
to chart some of the old pictures in this Bible for needlepoint. Does
anybody know what the copywrite laws on Bible Illustrations might be?
TIA
Maureen

OT - Good Reminder by
clancyc
A friend's sister was towelling off from her shower when her husband called
her to the phone. She loves to have a candle burning while showering, but
when she ran for the phone, she just threw her towel and guess where it
landed? Right on the candle!! It took no time to set the bathroom on
fire...

Update on Aaron - April 14 by
Mavia Beaulieu
Wonderful news Deb!! Aaron has come such a long way! I'm sure these twenty
days must have seemed more like twenty weeks to you at time...it really is a
slow process. Having gone through something similar with my BIL I know how
agonizingly slow it is for those who are watching and waiting. I hope...

OT--Canadian Humor by
Anne
For all the Canadians out there
25 Signs Showing You Might be Canadian
1. You're not offended by the term "HOMO MILK".
2. You understand the phrase "Could you pass me a serviette, I just
dropped my poutine, on the chesterfield."
3. You eat chocolate bars, not candy bars.
4. You drink Pop, not...

Happy dance by
CASin43
Have just completed a map of Spain by Susan Ryder of Heritage UK.
It is super and what a delight to stitch. This is my fourth map of hers. Each
one better than the other.
None of her designs are computer generated and therefore look very real.
Quite challenging as the lettering is one over one and...

OT Just an observation by
Jan Lennie
Has anyone else noticed that since we've been busy discussing firehouse
angel , most controversial discussions have dropped by the wayside ?
I think this shows what artisitic inspiration does for us . ( The devil
makes work for idle hands springs to mind although it's busy minds and
thoughts here...
