Looking for Chart by Russ92373
Hi folks, I'm looking for a chart of the alphabet for a 4 year old girl. I've seen a number of charts with "fancy" letters but since this is for a 4 year old I want the alphabet to be in block form. Any recommendations? Thank you. Margaret in Illinois

Firehouse Angel, a thought by Gillian Murray
Not trying to be a wet blanket, but I suppose there is no problem in a Firehouse displaying an angel?? There are so many "political and cultural correctness" issues these days, I would HATE to think of it being relegated to a store-room, because the local government disallows the display of such an...

I'm in Needle Arts!! by Liz Hampton
I haven't gotten my copy yet, but one of my stitching friends called last night to tell me I'm on page 49 of the new Needle Arts magazine. For those who don't know, Needle Arts is the EGA magazine. I think it must be the picture of me holding the "Frederick the Literate" project that I did...

Long Dog designs by Monique Reed
Have any of you seen these made up or had a look at the charts? I'm not much for traditional samplers like this, but some of these are gorgeous. I think it's the colors I like: http://www.wyndhamneedleworks.com/Long_Dog_Cross_Stitch_Designs/long_dog_cross_stitch_designs.html Monique in TX

Yesterday there was a thread about John Clayton's designs in kit form from www.sewandso.co.uk. I noticed that there are quite a few of his charts listed on ebay this morning. See links below. Also Nordic Needle carries his landmarks charts for $12.50 each. I've been eyeing this series for quite...

Hi I'm looking for a brass charm of a dachshund. I've also seen ceramic buttons of a black and tan dachshund on line but now I can't locate the site! I need something fairly small (not more than 1" long) to replace a brass cat. Any ideas anyone? Dianne in Upstate NY
