Crochet Snowflakes by
Elizabeth Shack
I'm finally getting around to making crochet snowflakes, after I bought the
book and thread two years ago.
Does fabric stiffener dry white or clear? I'm wondering if I use colored
thread or white-and-metallic thread, if the stiffener will show.
Also, do snowflakes always look horrible before...

Intarsia and fair isle by
Knitterbugs
Hi everyone;
Does anyone know of a knitting magazine that has intarsia and/or fair isle
patterns in it? I know they all do once in a while, but I'm looking for one
that has these patterns more often. I remember years ago they had more
intarsia patterns. I used to get McCalls needlecrafts...

Free Pattern Site, and a Christmas Gift idea-- by
Stitchbug
I got to thinking about Christmas gifts, went surfing, and found this site:
www.bernat.com
Registration is required to access the free patterns, but it was painless.
Some of the patterns are really nice- and I especially liked the knitted
bath mitt in the Decor section. It is knit from kitchen...

hello all! "I see you!!" ;-)) by
Aud
I have not written much these days!
But I read you, and "see" you!
The work on the house takes much time, even we are not doing "anything"
ourselves.
The workers do a very good job, but there is much to do.
The roof is ready, and the chimney "metal cover" also.
5 new windows are "in" and 2 new ones...

Venting against spinners, dyers, and yarnshops by
Agres
Just got a new "yarn card" from my favorite yarn shop in Canada.
The colors have changed, the texture has changed, only the names remain the
same.
Moral: If you see a yarn that you like, buy it all. It will not be there
later.

What is going on with Micros**t? by
GSHEPDOG
I have to get myself a new email address every few weeks because my mailboxes
are overflowing with Micros**t spam and attachments.
Hi:
I am also on AOL and have practically no spam since I upgraded to 9.0. It's
been great. The new 9.0 has a one-button removal for spam that deletes it from
your...

So..let's hope the best. Where were we...yes, knitting. I started another
hotpad to my working place. I hope they like it. The kitchen-to-be is now a
dressing room for ladies...the change will happen when time is right. I...

Gotcha, B.V by
Anna Vuori
I found your address...and sent you a message. I hope you will get it. I'd
rather use this line for sending messages. Why? This is more reliable at the
moment. My primary line is a mess.
Best: Pirjo
