Knitting Needle Sets by
Nancy in Livermore, CA
Hi all, I'm new to this group. I'm doing more and more knitting and am ever
so tempted to buy a needle set. I want to venture into things where gauge
really matters, like sweaters and hats. Most of my knitting time is at
night, once the kids are asleep and I can imagine night after night of
making...

Need help loosening neck bind-off by
spampot
I knitted Ann Norling's wonderful top-down sweater in a size 1 for a
cousin who's due any minute, and when I bound off all the edges, I
thought proudly how neat and even my gauge had gotten as I've gotten
older. Then I pulled a bit at the neck to make sure it could stretch
comfortably and it's too...

Need name of yarn by
Linda
Hi
I am looking for the name of a Sirdar yarn... it was a hairy yarn and
supposedly they have discontinued making it. It looked like an short
eyelash yarn. This lady made a darling baby (cardigan) sweater and mixed
it with Cascade, Cherub Collection (DK) I saw the sweater and am guessing
that...

Your squares arrived today. Thank you! They are great. I especially like the
one with the flower on it. You do beautiful work, and the colours are
lovely. Rhonda, I sent you a couple of emails, one with attachments. Let me
know if they go through, ok?

Looking For Vintage Phentex Yarn by
Trudy
I am looking for "medium" green colored Phentex yarn that was manufacutred
in the 70's & 80's (not the newer Phentex yarn that is on the market now).
If anyone happens to have any of this color/type yarn, I would gladly buy it
from you if you are willing to sell it. My father ties salmon fishing...

Classy scarves by
SueCD
Well, I know that it's almost the wrong time of year for this, but
here's an idea for a great-looking scarf - maybe it will give some of
you some ideas for winter birthday or Christmas gifts. I've made a
couple of dozen of these to sell and they never fail to attract "wow!"
type comments.

Need Information on eyelash scarf by
Vivian
I seen a beautiful scarf knitted with black eyelash yarn and some type of
ribbon yarn. I have no idea what the ribbon is called.
It was about 1/16 of a inch in width. It alternated with the color of black
and squares that looked like stain glass (multi colors) pattern.
I have searched Crystal...
