Casein needle help needed by
Paul Garland
Hi all!
I have a fave pair of needles made of casein (think that's how you spell it-
silly things were a gift so I am not sure) that have developed a crack along
one end of one needle. Is there an easy way to fix this, or do I need to go
find a new pair?
Please help!

Shawl update by
SlinkyToy
Ok, the yarn almost won, but I think I've found the ideal pattern for it.
Basic triangular batwing shawl, garter stitch, four increase points every
other row. So far I'm up to about bazillion/2 stitches and haven't screwed
it up yet.
Methinks the yarn is happy now.

searching for discontinued yarn by
Laurie
Grandma got the whole sweater knitted except half of the last sleeve.
I've been searching online but haven't had any luck. Anyone know
where I can get my hands on about 2 skeins of Filatura Di Crosa Adhoc
Sandalo color 301?
Thanks!

I Don't Understand by
Shillelagh
Some of my posts aren't showing up when I read the group. Like the original
about the S.E.X. at Wal-Mart... but at least Slinky saw it because she
posted a reply. I also don't see my original update of "the joys of rural
life".
Am I going to have to unsubscribe and then subscribe again?

Opinions on lace doily please by
Sew-Sew Lady
I am preparing to make my first knit lace doily. I have chosen a square
pattern for this endeavor. It is worked back and forth in rows, until the
end, when I will have to pick up stitches all around and work circularly for
the edging. I am considering adding selvedge stitches to the sides, to...

I would need the directions for making ripple stitch without any "hole".
I try to explain better: I mean the little chain "holes" that some

A "Q" for Knitters - in regards to wooden/bamboo Needles by
Noreen's Knit*che
I've recently stumbled across an interchangeable system from Plymouth
Yarns, called the "Bamboo Sister", and wondered if any of our elite
have it, and what they think of it.
It's pricey, but wondering if the cost is worth it. Most places have
it priced about $99, going up to $104; the 'cheapest'...

ATTN: Els by

Els,
Is my memory serving me correctly when I am guessing you are in BC???
If so... are the fires near you?
Hugs,

who has been watching ALL these things closely.....
such as the ones in Italy, where Anna Maria still has family and friends
she's concerned about.
