Hi, all. I have a question about baking between tiles. I want some
perfectly flat pieces, and I thought the best way to avoid an possible
distortion would be to bake them between tiles lined with parchment.

I made a clay-covered tin that reminds me of the "memory vessels" in folk

problem removing parts from mini bench grinder by

First thanks to all of you for sharing so much information. I bought
the Harbor Freight Bench Grinder but the parts (guards)won't come off.
I am new to all of this and want to know if there is a better combo
sander/polisher I can buy that isn't too expensive? I don't think I
know how to adapt this...

Sarajane, I know you make square canes, and I am curious about them. In the
recent pictures of your square canes, they looked pretty big. I am curious
if they are really as big as they looked, and if so, how do you work them
down into something smaller? Obviously you can't roll it on the table...
