Well, got word from the lawyer in Texas today. The probate hearing was yesterday afternoon. Judge wants a change in wording on what is happening to the $$ due the youngest of the heirs, my deceased cousin's minor daughter. As soon as he has that and signs it, the checks will be mailed out....
