Naomah[_3_]
Just wanted to let folks know I have closed my shop in Helen, GA. I
still have my web site that I will now have time to work on and email
orders still work.
I hope to have another b & m shop soon. Possibly in Calhoun, GA where
I would have access to a much larger customer base and not have...

Karen C in California
Ordered some new side bars for my scrolls (longer than the ones that
come in the multi-frame set sold at Michaels). Not only must I commnend
ADP for getting them to me so fast even over the holiday weekend, but
when I opened the box, I could smell the fresh-cut wood! I think these
were made...

I sent a quick reply to your long email, and it has come back as
undeliverable. Reason "Rejection greeting returned by server."
Anyway, I just wanted to know if there was anything I could send you
from this side of the world. I have your envelope ready to send, but not
sealed. It won't go to...

Stitching inside the lines... by
Dawne Peterson
I can't focus much right now (my house is waaaay too quiet without Emma), so
I pulled out some stamped table linens I picked up at a rummage sale. Four
napkins, very nice fabric, and each just needed a sprig of flowers. I
looked in my leftovers bag and picked out floss to match some everyday...

Canadian Elections! by
[email protected]
Three a.m. I heard that it was safely not a sweep for the Cons. Very
glad on checking just now to see Bill Casey got in with a big majority
and that Elizabeth May gave daddys boy a big ride for his money !
Hope we see more of her. My riding stayed Liberal, just, but enough
to block the Con...

Happy Thanksgiving!! by
Dawne Peterson
Have a good day wherever you are, with, I hope, at least of few of the
things that will make you happy. I will be slogging through the snow to
visit DD's cat, as DD is away, and so get to watch football at her place,
since I don't have the channel, and, I hope, see the Saskatchewan
Roughriders...

Our forecast for this weekend includes the possibility of winter storms with
4 cm of snow. Sigh. Time to look for the windshield scraper.

MICHAELS COUPON ALERT by
Karen C in California
Go to Michaels this week, buy one item. You'll get a 20% off the total
coupon to use next week.
Wish I'd known that before I checked out, because a lot of what I bought
today really could have waited till I got the discount.

Here's a challenge - best the US folks by
Cheryl Isaak
I am trying to find a color, in the blues/greens, that would compliment
a US dollar bill. A dear friend bought a business last year, I was lucky
enough to be her first customer and now I want to frame her first dollar.
I've found a nice piece of pale tan aida that looks nice, all I'm going to
do...

Lately i emnroider , inbetween other works , some rather small embroideries. They really started as gifts for some

degree , but they have become unintentional small artworks. I think
about the recieving person, and the canvass and...
