Chris_Strawn
Hi,
I'm looking for a Linda Gengarelly needlepoint design that appeared in
McCall's Needlework and Crafts April 1985. I do not need the magazine, I
have that.
I would like to find the charted design that was available for order through
the magazine. The design features a birds nest and apple...

Pearl Cotton conversion chart? by
Linda Wright
I just found a great freebie on Classic Stitches. However, the
project calls for Anchor Pearl Cotton in Emerald Green (230), Deep
Pink (87) and White (01). Does anyone know where I could find a DMC
pearl cotton conversion or do I just use the same numbers as the
floss?
Thanks.

Can Someone Please Tell Me... by
Majmoxie
Okay. I finished crocheting my DD's poncho yesterday. Now I'm looking for the
lap rug I've been slowly working on for a few years. I thought it was in my big
covered Longaberger basket, but no dice.
Can someone please tell me where I put it in my fit of organizing last
spring????

Virus - From subscribers of RCTN by
Dianne Lewandowski
Some of you are less experienced with computers.
I just got 235 virus emails . . . 34kb apiece (so you can watch for
them) FROM: lots of forged addresses of members of RCTN. I recognized
many, many of them.
All of the addresses may not be forged. Some of you may actually HAVE

Testing New Waters by
Suzanne
Hey all, my name's Suzane, and I'm new to the group. (After that
greeting, I can't help thinking of school days when the teacher comes
in and says, "Hello, everyone, my name is Mrs. Smith," and all the
students reply in ragged unison, "Hello, Mrs. Smith." haha) Although
I may be new to this...

Table stands by
Laury Walkey
Can anyone recommend a good table stand? I've seen ones that sit on the
table and one that clamps to the table. Is one style better than another?
Thanks kindly.

Help! I lost my thread heaven! Does anyone know of a source in the
Minneapolis/St. Paul area that carries it besides Stitchville way out in
Minnetonka(I'm on the St. Paul side)? I'd rather not have to drive 45
minutes just to replace it, and I'm not too keen on paying more for shipping

any problems with needles and allergies? by
D.M.Evans
Since I am reading Unraveled Sleeve, I have an allergy question. I am
allergic to nickel and most common needles are nickel plated. I have been
using 'my favorite needle' for the past 10 or so years-mostly because I
like the tiny needle for the way I hold the needle for stitching. It comes
in...
