About the Silicon Rubber by
Jackdaw
I recast the mould using a fresh batch of T20 cold cast from Tiranti, and
cast a test run using a standard resin, to check out the finish. It looked
ok so I remade the mould as described and the result was excellent. I will
try a sample in the Tower cooker ( Electric tabletop cooker/stew pot...

Sculpy Clay by
Neo Hawkeye
When painting scuply clay is it best to undercoate it first or just
lots of little layers of the specified colour.
I am painting my first model and so far have put 4 layers of yellow on
and it is still not solid yellow like I would want.
Any advice on painting this clay would be great.

LaDoll clay by
Sherry Bailey
This group is for discussion of polymer (oven bake) clay. While there
may be someone here who uses La Doll as well, as an air dry clay, that
can't be assumed. Just in case nobody answers you, that would be why.
(Google couldn't retrieve the original message to attach, sorry.)

Another dremel question by
Carla
Okay, I just tried using a Scumbuster to some sanding. It was
an...interesting experiment :) Along with sanding a few beads, I sanded
the inside of the kitchen sink, my nails, and a couple of fingertips. I
figure I need a longer rod to hold the bead on, so I don't have to get
my hand so close to...

joann's oven by
Diana Curtis
When I got their (joann's) flyer today I saw they are selling an oven
promoted to be for polyclayers (and other artistic endeavors I didnt
note) and wondered if it is something anyone here has used and liked? Is
it significantly better than a toaster oven in holding the correct
temperature...

Request: One sheet of PhotoEZ? by
Xane T.
I need one 8.5x11" sheet of Photo EZ for a project I'm
working on. I'd rather not have to buy 3 sheets and never use the
other two if it doesn't work out well. Would anyone here be willing to
sell me 1 sheet for whatever you think is a fair price, plus shipping?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

glass attic question by
kellyK
I know I'd been away from polymer clay for awhile, but it seems my memory is
failing... did Laurel Nevans originate Glass Attic? I thought someone else
did, but Laurel's home page seems to suggest that she began it -- or maybe
I'm just reading it incorrectly. Or I *could* chalk it up to still...

Maureen Carlson's Faces video (V. 2) and will also put up Gwen Gibson's
Ancient Images by the end of the day. If there is anything anyone might...
