BTW, I have no problem with people forwarding this or using it in a
guild newsletter, just...

Lacing question by
Barbara Thompson
According to the various instructions in the references listed below,
there are several methods of lacing a cross stitch project in
preparation to framing. The part that puzzles me is pinning the
fabric to the board then lacing. I do realize the front needs to be
straight and centered. The lacing...

International Mail Order S.E.X. by
Darla
The fabric I ordered from Country Stitch of New Zealand for "St
Petersburg 1703-2003" arrived today. It's their Kiwi Illusions' "Blue
Ice," on Lugana 32. It's perfect. It's gorgeous. I wanna toss
everything else aside to get started on this piece.

First, to everyone in the USA, a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
To everyone outside the USA, have a great day.
I have done my cooking, drank a hard earned beer and got the great news that
despite being sick, DS had a great game in goal.
I'm ready to sleep!

There are some particularly nice designs in this issue of Cross Stitch
Gold - ducks on a pond, and another lovely one from Denmark of geese around
an old pump. Nice floral sampler, too.

Does anyone else plan a weekend get-away around a stitching shop? by
deniseb
I am going to Vermilion, Ohio for a weekend get-away. Why there?
Because I want to visit Riverbend Stitchery. Is this a common thing
for stitchers or am I getting carried away? Should I take any pics of
finished projects or is that going way over the top?
Just wondering --- time to go pack! ;-)...
