This is a combo of BOTH trips.
Actually DID buy fabric : ) Told you bout the Amish trek last time so won't

This time we saw a lil corner store as we drove thru Pendleton OR (along the

me to fabric hunt : )...

Log Cabin Blues by
Leslie & The Furbabies in MO.
Just for the record I NEVER sew my log cabins to a long strip of
fabric. IMNSHO it is too easy to get "off" and not realize it. If I
cut all my logs before I sew I know if I am off as soon as one log
doesn't fit correctly. It can save a LOT of troubles! This is after I
make a test block and...

By Brother machine by
grammykathy
Last night I was starting to sew a block together and my machine froze
up. (sniffing) DH took it to the Dr and the Dr said to send it back
to Brother, he wouldn't touch it because it is computerized.
So have located my Viking Rose and we are getting to know each other.
If JUST wasn't so heavy to...

Iron Review :-( by
Sherry
I bought the Black and Decker "Classic" iron that looks like the
oldfashioned chrome and black ones. It seems to get hot enough, steam
is okay (although it doesn't have the "burst of steam" feature. I like
that it's rather heavy,
and small enough to make ironing small pieces easy.
But the...

applique by
Sue[_2_]
I apologize if this has been asked and answered but I'm new to the
group and still pretty new at quilting.
I'm making a t-shirt quilt with my son's athletic team t-shirts and I
saved all the sleeve logos and player numbers to use as appliques on
the back. My hand sewing skills are decent and I...

Plumbers working in my studio by
Susan Laity Price
We had scheduled to have a bathroom remodeled this week. The tile in
the shower area had cracked. Water had gotten behind the tile and the
wall was crumbling. We decided to have all tile and fixtures removed
and the bathroom made into a handicapped bathroom. This will be easier
for my mom to use...

OFFER: Turning Twenty by
Dannielle
No, you really can't turn twenty yourself, unless you are 19 now! I
have a copy of the Turning Twenty pattern by Tricia Cribbs. I made
one quilt top with this pattern and it just isn't for me. So instead
of hanging on to stuff that someone else might like to have, or just
throwing it away, I...

OT??? Saw this on another ng by
Leslie & The Furbabies in MO.
Someone is having health troubles on my arthritis ng and this comment was at
the end of the post-
Can whoever's sitting closest to the prayer machine add another scoop of
angel wings and crank it into overdrive?
I think we could use this for some of our own.... maybe change the 'angel
wings'...
