Preserving Leaves by ktty
I know I'm a bit late for the falling leaves season, but does anyone out there have an idea on how to preserve something made from Maple leaves or other plant stuff? I've been making Roses out of leaves (I just love the burgundys and golds) and then spraying them with a soft, clear coat.... I...

alcohol ink by ath
I'd like to make alcohol ink as it's so expensive to buy. All the DIY "recipes" I've seen require the use of 'rubbing alcohol'.... would that be surgical spirit in the UK? I've tried using surgical spirit but it doesn't seem to dissolve the dye properly. Ideas anyone? Anne H.
