Lighter Covers by The Lock
Has anyone ever made covers for like Bic- type lighters? Naturally, I'm hinky about putting a lighter in the oven. I was curious if anyone knew of a commercially made (cheap) sleeve that I could wrap the clay around, bake, then slide over the lighter. Or is there a different way of coming at this...

dipping plastic flowers by dawn
A while back I asked the group if anyone knew the name of or had the location of the liquid plastic dip ( available in the late 60's early 70's) that you dip formed wire petals in, to have them coated with the plastic. Any way, some one told me that she had some and I lost the information. If you...

Pasta machine from Cost Plus--is it a good one? by Kevin M. Randall
Does anyone have any experience with the pasta machines currently being sold at Cost Plus World Market? They are being packaged under the "World Market" name, and I can't find anything else on the box that might indicate who makes the thing. There is a sticker that says "Made in China". I've...

and she's doing it all month in the window of a fabulous bead store in Boulder Colorado. She's wearing beads, of course---some I made, some I just strung up. Many of the beads have skulls and hands and other symbols, and she's got a beaded skull scepter too. And a polymer clay skull in her...

My designs "borrowed" by rosecatts
It has come to my attentiion that a poster here is using my designs of inlaid crystals as her own original design. Let it be known that I was designing these since 1999!
