Working mullioned windows by
Cathy Weeks
I plan to replace the windows on the front of the Thornhill with
working mullioned windows. But the only ones I've found are from
Lawbre - at a cost of $20 a pop. Are there any that are cheaper?
I've found working windows (non mullioned) and I've found mullioned
windows (non working). But...

Wow....staining is kinda fun by

I finished the first of the several floors I'm doing with coffee
stirrers, and after sanding it, I applied a cherry stain. It looks
really pretty, and the inevitable gaps have nearly disappeared... the
reddish brown stain matches the background paint I used, so the gaps
are much less noticible now...

Wow...it worked! (Electrical) by

I've been putting in the tape wire, and installing the eyelets. I
installed the junction splice on the underside of the house (in space
created by the "foundations") I'll route out a "mouse hole" for the
cord to escape.
But I got out the tester, and ALL splices worked. I guess I expected
it to...
