FS: 240v Electric Olympic Kiln Lid $250 by
MarkC
This is an octagon shaped 23.5" wide electric kiln lid that I had
special ordered from Olympic to do glass slumping. It's never been used
and is still in the original shipping box. I am currently advertising it
in the local Madison, WI paper. Email me if you are interested.

kiln trouble AIM 84BD with Fuji controller by
kellyK
I have an AIM 84BD with a Fuji PXV-3 ramp/soak control. I've had it for
about 3.5 years. It has suddenly turned on me! First it began (about 2
firings ago) to briefly buzz (like a door buzzer) for about 4-6 seconds when
it kicked into heat cycle to maintain 1500F. Since it did it's think ok,...

Glass Blowing Studios in Guadalajara by
January
Is anyone familiar with any Glass Blowing Studios in Guadalajara? I am
planning a trip to gather pictures on the Mexican glass blowing process
to add to my website at http://www.mivaso.com and want to make sure I
see the best that Mexico has to offer...
Any ideas?
Thanks,
January...

Favorite Web Site by
Ed
I frequent many stain glass web-sites to get ideas and there is a new
web-site (or at least the e-comerce portion is) that has a fantastic
glass rod and frit catalog. After I ordered few things from them they
mentioned that they are going to start adding wood frames, supplies.

transfers with ease? by
kellyK
How is the search for inexpensive ways of transferring images onto clay (raw
or otherwise) with INK JET printers *without* hassle or expensive transfer
papers coming? I'd like to try to develop a way, but I don't have the
patience to reinvent the wheel.

Glass Nautilus planter Pattern by
Mike
Can anywone help me find a copy of a pattern book I had in the late
70's. I don't remember the name, but it covered planters, and
terrariums, and one of the patterns was for a really nice "Nautilus
shell planter". It is not "Patterns for Terrariums and Planters" by
Wardell.
Thanks,
Mike

Retailers? Odd-ball part? by
Moonraker
For the first time in forever, I needed to use my old Lazer 1000 bandsaw.
Naturally, the little toothed drive belt from the motor to the belt drive
roller had dried out.
Anybody have one in stock? Or suggestions as to where to find one?
