2006-2007 RCTQ BOM Needs a Hostess by
Melissa in NJ
The 2006-2007 RCTQ BOM Needs a Hostess.
As you know I am not hosting this upcoming year's BOM and had asked for
a volunteer. One lovely lady did indeed step forward, but before the
new BOM could even start, life stepped in for her and made it no longer
possible to be hostess. So that leaves us up...

2007 Resolution Quilty Projects by
Kate G.
Okay... I'll be the first to ask...
What are your top 3 projects (quilty related -- not necessarily sewing -- could be reorganizing
sewing room, putting all your books in a spreadsheet...) that you are determined to complete this
year.
Mine?
1) A quilt for my mother-in-law
2) Snowball quilt

2007-08 RCTQ BOM top put together! by
Carole-Retired and Loving It
My daughter, Gray Soufflé (the QI,) and I worked together and decided
on this layout for my 2007-2008 BOM quilt. One of the extra appliquéd
blocks, for which I inadvertently printed the pattern for the flowers
too small, will become the label for the...

Dannielle
No, I didn't mark it off topic, 'cause it isn't!
I have been a long time piecer. Not much of a finisher, of most
things. However, for some reason, this year is starting out to be a
bit different than most. Maybe because of the past six or seven
months that have been really rotten for me (is has...

2080 pieces of fabric in one quilt? by
Joan
It took a long time. I thought I was back to work in April, and I did
start the new quilt, and I did plan to finish it, but as I started
quilting again, I began to feel that the world was passing by, so I really
wanted to take a deep breath and rethink my priorities. Sometimes, it
really is time to...

Polly Esther[_5_]
The precious old doctor on Fox news this morning was telling us that Every

rooms because they have been injured by their own pets. Not from biting;
mostly from tripping and falling.
I have no idea how we can prevent...

2nd applique project by
Kathy in CA
My first applique wallhanging came out so well I got over my "fear" of
applique. Today I completed 1 of 4 blocks for a Sunbonnet Sue WH and she
came out really cute. So now ready to tackle the other 3! The 1st applique
project (Moon over the Mountain) I used sew on interfacing and then slit...
