OT Chat tools - Skype by Kathy Applebaum
I haven't tried it myself, but a number of the podcasts I listen to regularly use Skype to link up several people. Sound quality seems good, at least on my little headphones. :) Maybe I should have included "take naps" along with "blink" and "breathe" in my longarming instructions....
