posting it for her.

Whoohoo!
Dreamweaver
I can't post on the group at this time, though I can read it. The ISP
is having another breakdown, I think. I swear that outfit is built
with bubblegum and paper clips.

Yellow Brick Road Pattern by
Valerie in FL
I am making a king size for my bed. I just finished cutting out all the
pieces, and it went quickly, using the Shape Cut Ruler (which is worth every
penny in my opinion, NAYY). It finally dawned on me that I was supposed to
sew some strips together BEFORE I made the secondary cuts. Am I the only...

The wedding quilt top is finished, borders and all, and is laying on the
guest bed in all it's glory. Whew! That is the biggest project I have
tackled to date. I just need to get the quilt lines drawn that I want (with
a little help from a friend), and call...

I stopped by the LQS today to look at the Ugly Fabric entries before
this weekend's town celebration and found out that I won second place

better is the discovery that third and fourth place winners are
long-time quilters while...

Take your time. See if you can read each line aloud without making a
mistake. The average person cannot do so without making at least one
mistake.
This is this cat.

OT - DH update by
Bonnie NJ
The doctors have given DH approval to return to work on Monday. His boss
agreed to let him stay home this additional week - not sure if someone
mentioned insurance problems if something occurred or not.
He is doing great and now knows the warning signs of cellutitis. The
doctors were amazed at...

teleflora
She, how is that girl, the one we made that hug for that had stomach cancer?
I know she was in pretty bad shape and I just wondered if you had heard any
more about her.

HUG for Connie's Son by
Betsy Ross
I'll host it. Let's get this one moving
fast. I will have to send the quilt out
for longarming, but I will gladly
assemble blocks and bind. I emailed
Karen separately to announce the need
for a Hug.
Red, white, and blue blocks, any design,
12-inch would be nice but not mandatory.
Any extra...

Jinny Beyer site by
Phyllis Nilsson
At one time I went to this site to see the block of the week and saw the
others when I clicked on "view more patterns". Ever since that one time
I cannot view the other patterns as all I get is a blank rectangle
where the selections are. Perhaps someone can tell me what I'm doing
wrong now that I...

UN-learning and RE-learning how to quilt by
Leslie & The Furbabies in MO.
I've been making all types of quilts for almost twenty years as well as
having taught quilting classes for about 6-7 years in the mid-90s till
our local fabric store went out of business. I've found that I need to
go back to beginner's books periodically and un-learn or re-learn my
techniques. I...
