FO...but not really by
Sew-Sew Lady
Cry with me now...
I finally finished the fuzzy white cardigan tonight. Looked a little

I (obviously) did not decrease the shoulder seam stitches often enough and
the sweater is very, very long above the arms. ...

magazine news by
Els van Dam
While trying to locate the new magazine on crocheting, I came across the
holiday issue of Vogue Kntting and the Nov/Dec issue of Piecework.
Vogue knitting is full with great knitting ideas and many can be applied
to a 6x6. it is certainly an issue to buy as an early holiday treat.
Piece work...

Delurking - Knitting article by
seaspray
Hi Everyone,
It is time to delurk and introduce myself. I love to crochet and do cross
stitching. Right now, I am hoping to finish an afghan for my son to give
for Christmas. He is a tall fellow, so it is taking longer than I expected!
My local paper had an interesting article about knitting. ...

LOL 'another' spinning *thought* by
Noreen's Knit*che
I'm always complaining that there's GOT to be 'something' one can do with
dryer-lint....
I've told Don... let's save it and use it for insulation or SOMETHING.. for
'years'...
(NOT a good insulator, btw)
This morning I was bXtching about it again... he said
"save it, and card or comb it, and spin...

I´m going to make a Barbie dress as Christmas present for a lovely

I couldn´t resist and bought a ball of eyelash for making a accompanying
stole or shawl for the Barbie.
Sorry if this has already been asked, but can I work with eyelash alone
or do I have to add...

Gauge question by
Karen
Is there a general rule of thumb to be used when calculating gauges when
including cables?
Example: Working with a 20st / 10 cm / stockinette stitch gauge, in a
piece that would normall call for 80 stitches across -- and I decide I
want to add some 6stitch cables -- is there any kind of...

Cher,
I have received mine from Jenn.
Wow Jenn,
What lovely fabric! Puts my humble attempt at hand work to shame.
I recognise the crochet square (treble crochet stitch!?), but what is that
other one?
I can't figure out if it was knitted or crocheted, it's beautiful! I wonder
if I could recreate...
