Curiousity query!! Do you knit Continental/German or English/American? Continental= hold yarn in left hand, and 'pick' your stitches.... English= hold yarn in right hand, and "throw"..... Noreen

Since I have been reading here I notice comments about knitting at a speed of and I just want to know what the reason for knitting fast is? Do the speed knitters do this because they have a forced timetable .......like making samples for yarn shops, competitions or for selling. My situation...
