cross-stitch jewelry by Amber
Hi all, was thinking of making something different with cross-stitch. Imagine: A circular piece, 14 by 14 stitches and about 1,5 inches in diameter. When it's done I will clip it so there will be 3 extra rows of 14 count aida on each side. I would bend these back and fasten them with double-sidid...

cross-stitch pattern help by [email protected]
HI, I am looking for a cross stitch pattern, preferablly counted, not stamped. About 5 or 6 years ago, my mom found a kit that was a sewing room with a dressmaker's form. She lost it and would love to get another pattern (at least) to make for my sister who is a dressmaker. Any and all ideas...

Cross-stitch shops, London by juanon
Who can recommend London shops for cross-stitchers? Have no particular needs, but am avid sampler-maker and don't like to travel w/o stopping in at needlework shops along the way. TIA

Cross-stitch software? by MtnTraveler
Can anyone recommend a good, easy-to-use software that will take a scanned photo and turn it into a nice pattern? Preferably one that will allow the user to chose the number of different yarns needed. I've found quite a few mentioned, but can't find any threads discussing them. Thanks.

Cross-Stitching Magazines by Mary
I'm hoping that someone can help me find a pattern that I've lost. I stitched it many years ago, and would love to do another one. It's of a frog sitting in a little boat, with a blue hat on his head, and he's fishing. It's stitched on blue aida cloth. I know it came from a cross-stitch magazine,...

CSB moving to Brussels by Rachel Janzen
So yesterday was my birthday, and my cross stitch buddy calls me to wish me a happy birthday. Of course in the 3 plus years since she moved away, this was the first time she had called. So I was surprised to say the least. She had a couple big annoucements, one concerning a cross stitch design...
