Sewing Kit update by
Valkyrie
The sewing kits were a HUGE success! One of the big problems with giving
these guys gifts is that they all have great jobs and pretty much just buy
what they want when they want it so coming up with something “priceless” is
always a problem. We had good laughs about the choice of lunchboxes,...

I have a Babylock Ellure. I want to sew caps. Will the Hoop It All work on
my machine and how are the results. Also dies the SA424 hat hoop work on an

Sewing box is complete! by
Valkyrie
The sewing kits are assembled, wrapped, ribboned and ready for Christmas
Eve.
I found boxes of assorted spools of thread, just a bit smaller than a
regular small spool. They were at the Big Lots store. Nice assortments with
twelve spools in each box, a "light", has white and a "dark", has black....

No More Stitch Counts - Flat Rate Embroidery Digitizing by
Dev Chopra
We are a company situated in Mumbai, India.
Even though we are already serving a lot of customers in US, UK and
Canada, we are unable to reach the masses, because people want to get
their work done in their own country.
I see no harm in that! However, this is the opportunity for you to
make it...

Singer Quantum Futura CE200 by
[email protected]
I just bought a Singer quantum futura CE-200 a few weeks back. I've
started doing some embrodery with it, and am getting a flashing red
light, consistently. I've checked everything I know, and I can't get
the error to go away. And Singer's support site isn't much help,
either. But, I have noticed...

Making grosgrain ribbon belts... help! by
KC
Hi everyone-
I've gotten into making ribbon belts from 1 1/2" wide grosgrain
ribbon, but I'm running into some trouble. As simple as the procedure
to make the belts seems, it's still giving me grief! Basically, my
method is to take a cut of grosgrain, lace two dee rings "through" it,
sew the open...

My clever, brilliant and remarkably astute DH has just romped home from
a computer parts auction with not one, but *three* Bernina sewing
machines, all in perfect working order! Two are Record 830 machines and
one is a Sport 802. He got the three for less than $40AUS, but only one
of them has a...

OT stain removal? by
Elizabeth Young
Got a black Sharpie (perm marker) mark on my white cotton/poly sweatshirt.
I have tried two applications of Shout Ultra Concentrated stain removal
- removed some of the stain on the first pass, no change on the 2nd.
Any super duper tips on how to get this out?

Buying curtain fabric online in the UK by
Katie
Hi guys
I've had a quick search and I can't seem to find any FAQ on shopping!
Is there one? Does it cover the UK?
I live in a fairly small town in the NW and we have about 1 fabric
shop which has really expensive curtain fabric, and expects to make
the curtains up themselves. Their thermal...
