Fabric Covered Altoids Box ?? by

I carry a reticule with me all the time and have a altoids box that I carry my
money in. I would like to cover it with fabric to give it a more historic feel
but have no idea of how to go about covering it.

I had an idea that sounded great, but it isn't working out too well - maybe
someone here knows the answer. I got some dissolving paper, and ran it
through a copy machine to print the pattern on it I wanted to embroider.

Knit stretching by

I just finished serging a rib knit pullover. It's a poly/cotton blend and I
used a 4 thread overlock. When I pressed the neck seam of the mock
turtleneck, the rib has stretched way out of shape including both the body
and the collar.
Any suggestions? Should I be using a stretch safety stitch...

Well....I now have my sewing machine.....thankyou to all those who offered
helpful advice.
The machine is an Elna 500 series...it has "Club Computer" written on the
side. It is very easy to use and has some interesting looking stitches.
I went and bought some bobbins and took the existing one...
