silks by BDS2pds
I am going to love working with these once again. The uses I have had for silks previously were tent stitch but using them so freeling in crewel work is going to be fun fun fun. They were rather surprising. 60 of them fit into a pretty tiny bag.

April Fool's by Susan Hartman/Dirty Linen
I have a different kind of April Fool's story. I spoke to DD at college in FL on the 2nd, and she told me that there was excitement on campus the previous day, but she didn't dare call home to tell about it because nobody would have believed her, it being April Fool's Day. Seems that a student was...

When Jane was visiting her Dad in hospital this evening, she spotted a young man opposite cross stitching Tutankamun. He was using a double ended needle - but it was the same size as a NORMAL one! Of course she didn`t think to ask where he had got it, so I`m just hoping that he`s still...

Mistakes in Cinderella by Caryn
Has anybody else stitched Mirabilia's Cinderella and noticed a lot of mistakes? I am surprised, because usually Nora's charts don't contain many, and this has a bunch. Some she apparently caught on the way to the printer, because the legend shows three different symbols for DMC 413. But there...
