constantmac
Hi, it's been a while since I've visited her. I used to do cross
stitch quite a few years ago, but stopped when my carpel tunnel got
bad. I've getting back into it now (although now it seems the eyes
aren't waht they used to be either!).

Trying to figure out the origins of the following by
[email protected]
Hello folks:
We are trying to find out the origins of the following
http://picasaweb.google.com/Keep.Earth.Clean/Textile_w_unknown_origin#
We think it dates back to a great aunt's purchase in mid 1800's,
possibly in France or England.
Comments would be appreciated.

OT Books by
Gillian Murray
I just finished James Patterson's nonfiction thriller The Murder of
King Tut.
Obviously conversations back in that era were not recorded, but I found
it totally fascinating. There was obviously a lot of research made, in
order to call this book "non-fiction.
A good read!!!!

Margaret St. John
Hi all,
This is very Off topic.
I know there a lot of people who like to read on here, and may be
interested
in helping a new magazine get off the ground. It's based in Canada
and a friend of mine is one of the editors. They are not restricting
readers or writers (or donators) to Canada, so anyone...

Need an idea for a gift by
Lucille
I need an idea for a little gift for a Doctor. I'm making a bookmark for
his Nurse Practitioner and now I'm trying to find something for him.
A bookmark would be nice because I know he reads a lot, but I don't want it
to be the usual caduceus. I did a little looking but most of what I saw is...

need ideas by
Susan Hartman[_2_]
A beloved former babysitter's wife is pregnant, and I'm starting to
think about a birth sampler. Now, when I do birth samplers, I don't do
cute. I usually try to tie it into the parents' interests. For example,
I did "Under the Sea" for a child of marine biologists, a
Canadian-themed sampler...

keep track of where we are in our stitching. I have tried the metal
plate with the magnets and that hasn't worked for MOI. I have also
tried those static...
