OT splainin' by
Diana Curtis
Im going to do a quick explanation with no gory details about my operation
so everyone knows that I didnt get sent through a wringer. I had the type of
gall bladder removal they used to do, and still do sometimes, instead of the
easier to recover from laparoscopic type they prefer to do. So,...

I always do mitered corners. I find it easier for me to miter than to

OT (somewhat) -- A Good Day by
The Nielands
DH and I moved into our new house in early June. We issued kind of an open
invitation for our old neighbors to come and visit, but no one ever did. In
our new neighborhood, we've waved at people as they've gone by, but we
haven't really met anyone but the family who lives next door. So, on...

Rolex and Timex

design suggestions needed by
Kathy in CA
I practised making an 8 pointed star in HSTs. I made 4 WH/mats in Americana.
They are not backed yet but turned out really nice. The individual squares
in the block are 4 1/2" so they were each 16" square before the 3 borders
added.
Last night I started an 8 point star in HSTs for a twin day bed....
