Pattern request by

I need a pattern for a ragland sleeve woman's turtleneck sweater.
I would like it knitted from the neck down on circular needles. (no seams).
Does anyone have a pattern like this they would be willing to share.
I prefer a Aran pattern but am open to any suggestions.

Service home page and can't find any mention of this restriction.
There was a long document about hazardous materials, but nothing about
