Making impression then reducing size by

Hi,
I want to make a 3D model of my face - But, I need it to be reduced in
size to about 2 inches tall.
Does anyone know of a material that could take an impression of my
face, then be treated in some way (heated, have chemical applied, dried
out, etc..) to keep everything in proportion but...
