Eyeball Necklace by
Craftology
i mean, i don't doubt the skill of the worker . . . but . . .
The worker is Laura McCabe. Admittedly, this is one of her most offbeat works,
but I happen to know her and she is not only extremely talented, she is one of
the nicest people that you'd ever want to meet. She has a collection of...

OT - Prayers and positive thoughts, please by
Jalynne
Please pray for DH. He may have broken his wrist out riding his bike today. I don't
have any details, but the guy he was riding with is coming back here where the guy's
truck is, then will go pick D up and bring him home. I'm babysitting the neighbor
kids, so when their parents come home, I'll...

OT - heh, heh, heh. pokey by
Karen_AZ
Whew Kathy! I'm so glad something is finally documented! The diagnosis sucks
but at least you've found some happy juice that doesn't make you wonky, too.
Make sure you write down that ER doc's name for future reference.
Have a happy, relaxed pain-free weekend!

I think it's wonderful that you feel free, and happy, to answer anyone's email
questions. This is generous and truly commendable. I say this without a hint
of sarcasm; I really mean it.

Question about boro annealing temps by
starlia
I purchased a sample pack of Alchemy boro at the bead show in Tennessee. I
am off to purchase my glasses but I just remembered that boro has a
different annealing temp. Can anyone give me a breakdown of temp and ramp
times, please?

Bead Insanity (and not in a good way) by
Beadbimbo
Kathy,
I've e-mailed you, so let me know if you don't get it. You don't need
to make the necklace for that tree bead.
Take care of yourself!

Help, bad bead seller by
patch
I'd like to have your opinion on this:
I bought lampwork beads from the web site of a beadmaker from whom I've
bought on eBay before. We are both in Canada and mail between us is 3 days.
I paid with a postal money order dated the first week of April. Still
haven't receive my beads after over a...

AD: Beads on JB and da Bay by
Susan B.
Hi all - I have a set of beads up on each of the usual bead auction
sites. On JB - a small set of blues swirled on an ivory core; on EBay -
some teal blue/teal green with pixie dust, simple decorations - I call
them Shimmering Sea beads. I hope to have another few sets up tomorrow
- one that is...

Looking for sterling disc beads by
Kalera Stratton
Does anybody know a source for 3-5mm sterling disc beads? I'm looking
for something that's not a saucer, but a completely flat disc,
preferably no more than 1mm thick, and I can't seem to find them
anywhere! Of course, I haven't seen my Rio catalogues since we moved
grumble. It seems like they...

Ssshhhhh don't tell my doc! by
DreamBeadr
I just couldn't control myself.
I got my package the other day with the special beads I had ordered from
Kandice.
I swear they were sitting in their box screaming at me to be let out.
So, I let them out.
Then they sat on my desk screaming at me that they were lonely.
So, I gave them a few friends...

Finished my first free from piece - not an ad by
Marisa Cappetta
At last. And it's not an ad because I'm buggered if I'm selling this piece
after all the work I put in!! I ripped it out 5 times after getting a third
of the way through (yep, count 'em, five!) I finally arrived at a colour
balance, rhythm of form and texture that I'm fairly happy with, given...

I've gotten to the end of my rope with my search for a reasonably priced

eBay. I thought I'd solicit recommendations from anyone who absolutely
LOVES your scanner. Also, I might just throw in the towel with the...
