OT - a little light humour by Bruce Fletcher (remove dentures to reply)
A farmer named Seamus had a car accident. In court, the lorry company's hot-shot solicitor was questioning Seamus. "Didn't you say to the Police at the scene of the accident, 'I'm fine?'" asked the solicitor. Seamus responded: "Well, I'll tell you what happened. I had just loaded my favourite...

Waste canvas experiment pics on RCTNP by Fran
Hi! As requested, I have finally gotten around to pics of my waste canvas on silk experiment. I purposely made the frame as big as the Chateliene (sp?) piece I actually want to do on the silk fabric in order to determine if I can get to the center. I set up the frame this way - first I stitched...

Stand problem by anne
I bought an Edmunds universal craft stand which at 50% off was cheaper than replacing the clamp in my artisan/gazelle one. Unfortunately, it doesn't rotate so when I want to get to the back, I go through some weird contortions. Anyone have ideas? -- another anne, add ingers to reply

More Michael's news by lewmew
So Saturday I had about an hour to kill and thought I'd wander over to the local Michael's to see the remodel and what had happened in the needlework section. Here's the answer: It is essentially GONE! All that is left is the DMC (regular floss, a couple of metallics and a few perles only), a...

OT - story with a moral by Bruce
