So who buys lampworked beads? by
Fragile Warrior Bees
Collectors or artists who use the pieces to make jewelry? I saw someone
post a link to a necklace (?) that was made from their beads the other day
so I have to ask: do you often know the final creation that your art helped
to create? Do any of you also make final products from your own beads or...

something on the less expensive side that will do well for bead work for a
beginner. When I go pro (ha ha) I promise to upgrade to a top of the line
one. :)
And if someone would look at the ones on eBay and give some...

OT Vacuuming Fishes by
Christina Peterson
That's what I'm doing today.
Wednesday Pete drove down to the Copper River (the fish are no longer fresh
by the time they get this far up river). Slept overnight and went out in
the morning. Dip netted 35 salmon in less than an hour, cleaned and split
them. And drove back, arriving home around...

What is it called and where can I find them? by
Hachiman
I'm looking for beads that are cylindrical in shape. They are flat on
both sides with the hole going through the flat sides. They are about
1/2 inch in diameter and about 1/8 inch in thickness. The hole is
about 1/8 inch in diameter. I believe they are made of acrylic. I saw
these type of...

Andy Efremov
Hello cool ppl;

I'm currently making beads for a local artist, as a favor.
Is there a market for sunstone, moonstone, smokey, clear, milky and rose
quartz beads?
How cheaply must i make them to compete with china? I'm thinking i must make
