Pantograph of Castles? by
[email protected]
I have a quilt that I'm about to send off to be longarm quilted and I
can't find the pantograph pattern I saw and liked for this quilt. The
pattern is of castles and I ran across it when I was searching through
on-line listings of pantograph patterns. I forgot to bookmark it :0
Has anyone else...

art fair by
Musicmaker
A quilting friend of mine, Lyn, is going to have a booth at the local art
fair with me and we're going to sell accessories that use hand dyes as well
as hand dyed fat eighths. And probably not manage to make a cent - but
it'll be fun!! I've uploaded 3 pics of our projects for you to see. ...

I made a Starflake WUH! - pics by
Queen of Squishies
This is my Starflake pattern made into a wall hanging. First two pics in
folder "my work". The quilting on the back kind of gets lost in the picture
but you get the idea.

Trunk show by
Joanne Passmore
We had our guild meeting last night and a local quilter did a trunk show of
all of her "scrap quilts." It was incredible...she saves EVERYTHING- all
leftover pieces and makes beautiful quilts from scraps. 1 1/2", 2" strips,
4,5 & 6" squares all become these amazing works of art. I signed up for...

OT NYPD Blue by
KJ
Any NYPD Blue fans here? I just watched the last episode and realized I
have missed the majority of them this year. Do any of you know what
happened to Connie and the baby she and Sipowitz adopted....her deceased
sister's child? I haven't seen his son on the last few shows either. ...

OT Singing the praises of R.E.I. by
Kathy Applebaum
Very off topic, but I'm so pleased I had to share!
First, for those of you who don't know what R.E.I. is. It's an outdoor
equipment co-op here in the U.S. http://www.rei.com/, NAYY. You won't find
hunting and fishing stuff there, but rather stuff for backpacking, biking,
kayaking, snowshoeing,...

SQ Schedule new format by
AliceW
Hi, everyone. I posted a new format for the SQ schedule this month (on
2/27, I think) since someone else posted the actual listings. I don't
know if it came though since no one commented on it and in the past at
least one response was received.
I am in Jessup, PA as I write this, wondering how I...

Repost: Evil Sunbonnet Sue Swap by

Evil Sunbonnet Sue is not Sue watering the flowers or standing alone
contemplating the wonders of the Universe. Evil Sue is doing something
of which her mother ought not be proud. For ideas of what people have
done in the past, please check out this site (which may or may not have
exceeded its...

Wax question, was thimbles and needles by
Dave Daniels
Following Sharon's questions about thimbles and needles, I have a
question of my own: Do you wax your thread? What kind of wax? I was
recently told I was "wax-obsessed" because I tend to make a lot of my
own beeswax cakes and they are EVERYWHERE. (Hey, you never know where
you'll be when you want...

Needles for hand quilting by
Ray & Sharon Johnson
OK I got the group's opinions on thimbles. Now I am asking what you like for
hand quilting in the line of needles.
Brand, and needle number.
Thanks, Sharon

Quild membership question by
Bob and Kathleen
I would like to pick your brains and thoughts. I will be in charge of
the membership for our local guild this next year. At the last board
meeting where the retiring board members pass over notebooks and
explanations, the former membership director gave her report on how many
present members there...
