OT - heh, heh, heh. pokey by
Karen_AZ
Whew Kathy! I'm so glad something is finally documented! The diagnosis sucks
but at least you've found some happy juice that doesn't make you wonky, too.
Make sure you write down that ER doc's name for future reference.
Have a happy, relaxed pain-free weekend!

Starlia gone mad:) by
Candace
I'm going to go get a kiddie wading pool, fill it with the SEVENTY SEVEN
LAMPWORK beads that just arrived from Starlia, and just wallow in the pretties.
Added to the too many to go count right now other Saucy creations she's sent
me, and I think I have the largest Saucy bead collection in the...

OT - Hey! I'm back (long) by
Candace
Thank you, Kathy--I've been trying to figure out how to say all that you did to
Helen, and it just wasn't coming out right.
If it comes down to a choice, I hate to say it, but DH is going to
have to go. If the state thinks that you'd choose DH over the kids
for a second, you'll never see...

Need mandrels? by
starlia
I need more mandrels so I'll be going by the welding shop on Monday if at
all possible. I am going to get 3/32 and 1/16 rods. I have a nice little
saw that zips right through those suckers in nothing flat so they are easy
to cut up. I think the last time I did some they came up around $3-4 for...

OT/vent Ahh, the headache of Delicas! by
Su/Cutworks
It's come home to me (no pun intended) how spoiled I was when I lived in the
US and could find not only competitive pricing for things but lots of
sources for them. I lived near Milwaukee for many years and could find
beads without breaking a sweat, now it's really a task to find...

Justbeads Rant -- for Kalera by
BeckiBead
I can't find a new message on the old thread (to make sure I am on the right
one) so I am just going to say this here. I don't think you are wrong about
anything. IN fact, I am sure you are right. I don't have a clue what you are
talking about but you sound like you know what you are talking...

BFNR Kandice & Sooz & OB Note by
Candace
Right now, I'm kind of in bead shock. I've never had cause to describe myself
as "flabbergasted" but hey, there's a first time for everything right?
Just got the mail. Among the usual suspects (child support check--YAY!) were
two packages from Sooz, and a box from Kandice.
Sooz sent me some...

OT - Judgement Call by
Margie
I know that Rachel doesn't need anymore on her plate right now so I'm
taking my disappointment to a separate thread so that she may be
spared.
Many of you don't know me very well so let me tell you up front that
writing a post like this is unusual for me. When it comes to usenet I
generally...

I was thinking of Sooz when I made these. Unfortunately Bat bit the dust

Question about a store by
Jalynne
Has anyone ordered/purchased from www.youandmesilver.com? What do you think of the
prices? This store is semi-local for me, and I thought I might try it out in August
when I'm up there for the quilt show.

RCB Sorority was Cool Bead Shop! (UK) by

Welcome Cla)
RCB is like a sorority house (with some guys thrown in for good measure)
gone
mad. Friends, fights, prayers and snarky attitudes abound! Generosity at
it's
finest, and catty comments, too. A great place to learn, and to share,

Headache Update by
Cheryl
The only saving grace is that when you go into an ER and you're the
same blue as a Post-it note, they don't make you wait. At all.
Kathy N-V
DEFINITELY!
I recall a time my mother finally took me to the local urgent care call center
(not ER - one of those "after hours" places... )

Here's my latest - my first set of beads since I came back from my
blowing class. Full of greens, blues, and purple. I enjoyed making
these, and even used the small scale version of some techniques I saw
at my blowing class:

Q about auctioning Ornament collection by
kelly
I'm debating whether to sell off my Ornament Magazine collection (it's a
BIG one). I'd like input (via EMAIL please) ( ) about any
interest there might be. I'd be willing to combine issues (3 per auction)
to specific interests if contacted beforehand, but given the amount of...
