AD - Repost - Cafe Press RCB Shop by
Kandice Seeber
Just a quick reminder to let you know that this is still open and has lots
of cute things!
http://www.cafeshops.com/rcbstuff
We are up to a profit of $36.50, which all goes to bringing Shirley over to
the U.S. for a visit. :) She's designed the awesome RCB logos. These
would make perfect gifts...

FAB tips, Kathy! I too hate it when beads come to me all dirty and gross,
so I often wash them as well.

Check out this thread at wetcanvas about an oxygen tank exploding in
someone's car:

Moral of the story:
Do NOT transport an oxy tank in a closed in vehicle. Use a truck, and keep

Bead Stores DC Area by
EL
I'm unexpectedly going to spend the weekend in the DC area (northern
Virginia) and I'm looking for bead store recommendations -- particularly
stores with good supplies of seed beads.
I have, of course, googled and looked at the various web directories, but
I'm hoping for personal recommendations...

AD: Packaging/Shipping supplies group buy by
Barbara Forbes-Lyons
I'm thinking of the following items:
#S-8059 4x8 Bubble mailer (tyvek style exterior) $76/500 (price goes down
after 3 cases ordered)
#S-3355 12x15.5" Polyolefin mailers (with tearstrip for easy opening) $29
/100
Other items are available and I'd be willing to order things like jewelry
boxes,...

Semi-AD: Case 00 Bubble Mailers to good DC-area home by
Marilee J. Layman
I have an unopened case (250) of 00 bubble mailers, self-sealing, that
would take more than the rest of my life to use up. Shipping would be
a nightmare, so I'm looking to gift it to someone in the DC area.

anybody seed bead? by
biig
Does anyone here make and sell items with mainly seed beads? I've
been making things for a craft sale and am curious as to whether this
stuff sells very well. A lot of it is teen stuff mostly daisy chain
designs with variations, but I've done a few necklace and earing sets
with a combination of...

where's the THRILL in craft? by
BW
I've been asking myself the question "what is thrill". But, the only
way to work that out is to ask "what do people find thrilling?"; an
anecdotal rather than scientific approach. So here I am, asking the
same question in the crafts scene.
After a little searching, I came up with the following...

Happy Happy Joy Joy: New Toys - OT by
Tink
I guess it's OT. LOL!
Anyway, I am on my way to go pick up my new camera, an Olympus C-5050. It's
a far cry from my old, but trusty, Mavica FD-91. I'm sure I'll have an
interesting and steep learning curve.
I just placed a $6,000 order with Wale Apparatus. My heart is still
pounding! It's SO MUCH...

Tink's Florida Gathering: Info by

Some of you have asked me about great places to stay for the Florida
gathering. The place we're staying is owned by a great fellow, Robert
Randazzo. I have stayed in his Cayman Suite twice before, and it's
incredible. This time, I'm staying at his Sea Cottage. I checked on the
