Silicone Baking Sheets? by
Barbara Forbes-Lyons
Has anyone tried baking clay on those fancy-schmancy silicone baking sheets?
Just wondering if the items come out shiny like they do when you bake
directly on metal or glass.

Silicone Rubber T20 from Tiranti by
Jackdaw
As you might remember I bought some Silicon Rubber mix from Tiranti. Well,
it turned out OK ish, I did not mix it well enough, so this is a gooey patch
in the middle of the silicon mould rubber. I have now started another mould,
having bought a Salter scale and done the best I can with...

simulating ice to add on baked clay by
Gary
Hi...I am new to the polymer clay craft.
I would like to know what the best thing to use to simulate ice, which
I can add to items that were already baked.
I tried some epoxy, which was okay, but turned a little yellow, and
also had some bubbles in it. I've heard that maybe clear silicone
would...

Sizzix and polymer clay by
Irwin
Has anyone used the Sizzix personal die cut system to cut shapes in
raw polymer clay?
A while ago, I tried it out with baked sheets of polymer clay with
fairly good results especially with very thin sheets of flexible clay.
(Not sure where I put my "experiment" or I could tell you...

Slight mishap in sanding... by
glumone
I just had to "share" this with y'all. You'll understand.
Yesterday I made a lovely "brain" cane, just lovely. I used the cane --
the *whole* cane -- to cover a glass bottle. It turned out to be just
-- well -- lovely.
Today I sanded it. Since it was a bit lumpy, I started with 220 grit,
then...

Some experiments I have been trying..... by
Ray Jones
I have been messing around with sealing paper between layers of clay and
thought I'd relay some of my experiences in case anyone else is interested.
The basic idea is to draw a picture on paper, paint it with acrylic paints,
cut it out with a scalpel or exacto knife and bake it in a sandwich...

Some of my PC work (link) by
Turtlelover
This is one of those "duh" moments!
I rarely check the homepage of my ISP, and I usually ignore the offers
they send by email.
I'm glad I finally checked, because they offer a free picture album!
(And I'm working on the free web page.)
I don't know the storage limitation, but I've posted a few...

Cicia
I'm a 23 years old italian girl, and I sell some of my works, made by
polymer clay, on eBay:
- cartoon, anime, sanrio style, funny animals or sweet candies... ^^
- keychain straps with beads and glitter (but not kitsch!)
- incense holders like hippo or a frog...
- phone straps....

Sources for clay? by
Jono
Hi all I am relatively new to poly clay and was wondering where some of
the best sources are for clay that is easy on the wallet? I do mostly
figures and caricatures and have been using regular Sculpey from
Wally-World, which is the only type they have here. I have to leech it
out first because...
