Need good source for carving gloves by Bill Houdek
Think you are asking too much. I get a number of mine from Woodcraft at about that price. I see them at shows and most are in that area--get some there as well. Have several catalogues and they charge that as well plus shipping. Have bought some lesser priced cutting tools and not at all happy with...

his press spokesman said by goode728
When he was a junior senator from Illinois, Obama once voted against lifting the debt ceiling, a shot at Republican President George W. Bush's "reckless fiscal policies." As president, of course, Obama came to realize that the debt ceiling is serious stuff. He labored mightily this spring to...

Parana pine ? by Andy Dingley
I'm no carver, just a furniture maker. I'm about to make a small chest, in a medieval reproduction style. This will be decorated with some simple carving, either chip carved roundels or gothic arcading (like a row of church windows). My timber choice could go either way at the moment, either oak...

scrol saw by turtle
Guys I recently bought a scroll saw and thought that there was a blade to cut in any direction without rotating the wood. Is there such a thing or was I dreaming? Will -- http://www.geocities.com/hush88ca/Millers_Bird_Carvings.html

Lettering Font by Henry Springer
Has anyone a recommendation for a suitable computer font to use for lettering purposes - nothing fancy. I haven't found one that looks elegant but doesn't have excessively thin sections or fragile serifs.
