Christmas needlework presents done!! by BDS2pds

outlining by bheider
When needlepointing very large flowers (5-6 inches), do you feel that outlining with a back stitich or a continental stitch is a better choice. Would you do the petal first....or the outline first, and then fill in? Will appreciate your suggestions. Love needlepoiinting and have done it for years...
