OT. Shrewsbury biscuit recipe. by Shirley Shone
Here as promised. 8oz self raising flour. That is flour with the raising element already added. 4oz caster sugar. It is a fine granule sugar but not the one used for icing. 4oz of butter or margarine. Tastes better with butter 1/2 lemon, grated rind and juice 1 medium egg beaten.
