Need help... by
Lamia
Hello!
I want to embroider a handkerchief as a gift for valentines. Could
someone give me tips on what fabric to use and what is the best
needlework technique for a complete beginner? Any other tips or ideas
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

a piece of advice needed by
m4816k
Past holidays I've noticed that some of my christmas tree ornaments could
use a bit of "renovation" so decided that for the next holidays many of them
will get some glitter, just to add a touch of sparkle. However, I've never
really done much of a craft work, so I'd have a question. On...

Clay for Beaded Flowers by
josweets
Hello,
I need some help.
A relative of mine used to display beaded flowers that she made in
royal doulton character mugs. In order for these flowers to be
displayed in the mugs, she used floral clay. Some still have the clay
in them (probably for over 20 years) and no flowers.
Any thoughts on how...

Ignoramus30966
I actually sent that loser money in the amount of $0.01.
According to his paypal record, he only received one payment to date,
and I know that that one is mine.
And that despite having spammed the entire usenet. He got one penny
and got his usenet account closed.

Coating Paper? by
Bill DeWitt
My child has made the Platonic Solids out of paper, and I was thinking of
coating them with something that will both preserve and stiffen them. I was
considering Shellac and polyurethane but wondered if anyone knew of a better
(low cost) substance.

Crafts for Elderly in Cherokee NC by
One Cool Coder
Hey everyone,
I am going on a missions trip to Cherokee, North Carolina, and we
are going to be doing a craft with the elderly at two local community
centers. It would be nice for the craft to be somewhat small (2-3
hours) but something that they would use or be proud of making. If
anyone has any...
