any ideas on how to weigh down pvc pipes? by

Hello everyone,
I'm making a cube structure using 3/4 PVC pipes. Basically its a hollow cube
that is 5 feet wide on the sides and 6 feet in height. I need to wiegh down the
4 pipes that will make up the bottom of the cube (so it won't tip over).
I'm trying to think of a substance that is viscuous...

What type of paint for plastic? by
