Dianne - Jacobean Tea Cozy pattern by Mellissa Allison
Dianne, I just got some birthday money and would love to purchase your beautiful tea cozy pattern. Of course, I'll likely turn it into a stomacher for my medieval garb as well... You can contact me privately to discuss this further. Mellissa -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Dianne's Suggestion by Karen C - California
Y'know, Dianne, I think there's something to your "occasional outburst" idea. We'll elect someone relatively calm (Dawne?) as arbiter. When someone says something rude, they'll be advised privately that they are on probation. When they say a second rude thing in one month, a public chastisement...

Did you remember to change your clocks? by Karen C - California
The time at the tone is ... one hour earlier than you think! Someone in one of my groups realized that the only clock they need to change by hand is the one they got as a wedding gift eons ago; all the rest now automatically change themselves. This household is way behind the times. Other than...

Didja ever.... by Maureen Miller
Here's the question of the hour. Did you ever want to stitch a 'must have' that just hasn't been charted yet? It's when you see that perfeect rose or the perfect pet pose that would have made the most awesome chart. For me the charts would be too numerous to list, let along stitch in one...

Different fabrics by Cheryl Isaak
I don't know folks - I like aida for certain things, it just works better. The kit I just started came with 14 count aida. I tried 2 different 28 count "even weaves" (one was a Monaco, the other unlabeled)- it looked wrong. Aida was the right fabric this time. Cheryl

About a year ago, I was in my LNS, Cross Stitch Cupboard, and Maria, the owner, asked me about producing patterns form pictures. Another customer, Gail, had been trying to find how to get it done. I got into contact with Gail, and after the usual difficulty of explaining that you either have a...
