Sunday Morning by Shillelagh
Good morning all..... It's already almost 9:00 a.m. and nobody else has started the Sunday thread (smile). I usually sleep in on Sunday but my granddaughter is visiting, so here I am - no sleeping in! Still in my nightgown, no coffee yet, bleary eyes. It's a beautiful sunny day, and once DH...

Help with pattern from Knitter's Spring 1998 by Nyssa
I'm knitting the lace doily on page 72 of the magazine. I'm almost done, so of course, I finally hit a problem. sigh The Round 87 calls for a very strange combination to be knit into a double yo from the previous round. It's not coming out right!! from the round's instructions:

CHEAP Fabric by [email protected]
Does anyone know where to find discounted fabric. I was looking at some Kravets and Robert Allen fabrics and I cannot find anything under $100. If anyone knows of a place to look, i would really appreciate the advise.

FO: NYCO #1, finally by Georgia
Around the first of the month, I finally finished the Aran-style cardigan vest I cast on January 1 (NYCO #2 (the multi-patterned socks) got finished in April)--a whole month before I anticipated. It's taken me a while to get it photographed, and I didn't realize until I was posting the pictures...

BUSY! by YarnWright
Definitely selling ONE of my two wheels, so that I can get the Kromski I REALLY 'covet'. Thinking about selling my Artisan knitting machine too. As much as I would love to 'gift' JJ and Katherine with moebius, methinks I need to try to SELL some of them... Off to pack some more stuff and figure out...

Two more FO's by YarnWright
Finished two more moebius, totally revamping Cat's pattern to suit me... hoping to get pix up 'sometime' this weekend. I've just started the 4th one this morning, too. I *might* give two of them to my sister and mother as gifts... however, IF I do, I already know that 'praise', thanks, or credit...

OT To the woman who objected to my not liking the word WAR by Mirjam Bruck-Cohen
Iran objects to stop developing the Atom, and promises the world that if any sanctions will be made against them , they will shoot rockets to my country, not to yours. In the first Gulf War , the coalition fought Iraq, and we got the Rockets, not yours. And you call me sanctimonious, i am just...
