A WOOLGATHERING by
[email protected]
There are things in life that though there's an easy way out, you have
to go through the long, hard process in order to understand the
underlying lesson beneath the experience. They say it's not how many
chances you get in a lifetime that quite counts but what you take away
from every experience...

How Long Does It Take? by
Maureen Miller
Hello everyone,
This is a great group, and many names are familiar as I'm a crossover
visitor from R.C.T.N. I have only recently taught myself the basic
rudiments of knitting because I want warm socks that don't slide down
the leg, and have real toes & heels. This doesn't seem to be an option...

moebious as lovely as ever by
Y?
Interesting isn't it? I've done all sorts of cast ons myself, picking up
and casting on etc.. but couldn't work it out in my head, to dare to try and
swap cable needles over...thought I'd lose the twist of the mobeious if I
did that...lol

looked at the Pi Shawl+ sleeves by
[email protected]
Thank you Lee for posting this delightful Shawl +sleeves ,,,
it looked like a round table cloth with sleeves ,, i think i saw a
Similar idea in a weaving book , but that one is FANATATIC ,,,,, As i
thought in some ways it resembles the Desert coat , in some it
didn`t ,,,
I also liked the other pics...

Rowan question - for UK members by
Mary Fisher
I live fairly close to Holmfirth so wanted to go to Rowan /yarns for some
yarn - and for self indulgence.
The web site doesn't mention personal shopping and gives no opening hours.
When I telephoned the recorded message gave me 'office hours' only.
Does anyone know if it's possible to visit...
